I re-created this prop entirely on my Sherline Mini-Lathe

 

if it can be of help to anyone - I am including on this page a set of pdf plans that I made when I was machining this piece. Unfortunately I used a CAD program that came with my lathe and it not compatible with other more common drafting programs, so the 3D file is not available.
